March 2004 Whatever!! -- A half Piscean affair with Ides and the anticipation of Peeps.
Leap year.
January was all about dangerous road conditions, utilizing baking pans as sleds in the 6 inches+ snow that fell outside my home and reflecting on cathartic experiences like shredding old work. Stuff can perpetuate psychic baggage and shredding is fun and easy to accomplish!!
One of my poems has been accepted by The North, a British literary journal. It is rumored to appear in their upcoming May issue.
November 2003 Recently finished up 8 months of assisting Deborah Mersky, Seattle visual artist, with a few different pieces for the City of San Jose. The first project was 56 glass panels installed as shelter roofs for the SJ light rail system. Additionally, a set of large leafed glass panels were created for a full floor to ceiling window in the Blossom Hill Library and for the front entry way into the building. Also, a pair of us flew down from Seattle with Deborah to install a 40 ft metal mural on the interior of the library.
October 2003 Been helping songwriter Mische Eddins with publicity and promotion of her debut solo EP, Vertebrae No.5. The CD release party was October 18 at Mars Bar in Seattle.
